  • Kaminarimon Gate: The entrance to Asakusa's famous Sensoji Temple. Learn about the history and architectural details that make this gate so mesmerizing
  • Senso-ji: An ancient Buddhist temple located in Asakusa, Tokyo, Japan. It is Tokyo's oldest temple, and one of its most significant.
  • Tokyo Skytree: This television broadcasting tower stands at a height of 634 metres and is the tallest building in Japan and was the second tallest building in the world at the time of its completion.
  • Disneyland Japan: Although the park is modelled after Disneyland in California and the Magic Kingdom in Florida, it has made its mark with seasonal park offerings and themed attractions that highlight Japan.
  • Meigetsu-in Temple: Founded in 1160 in Kamakura, this temple is also known as Hydrangea Temple because hydrangeas bloom in abundance framing the incredible architecture.
  • Kamakurakoko-Mae Station: This station was popularised after its appearance in the world-famous anime, Slam Dunk. It has since become a destination for photographers and tourists.
  • Lake Ashi: This incredible location offers views of Mount Fuji in all its glory. During autumn, the yellowing leaves add a depth of beauty that cannot be described and must be experienced.
  • Tabimonogatari Kan Rental Kimono: Get dressed in a Japanese traditional garment, complete with hair and makeup.
  • Narukawa Art Museum: Overlooking Lake Ashi, the museum offers unique perspectives on timeless pieces by past and present Nihonga artists.
  • Hakone Shrine: This is a Japanese Shinto shrine built into the lush forests of Lake Ashi. Standing tall at its entrance are the huge torii gates that have become a significant fixture to the lake.
  • Torii of Peace: The gates to Hakone Shrine stand tall and make for an incredible photo opportunity.
  • Hakone Komagatake Ropeway: This ropeway takes you to the upper station where you can see all of Lake Ashi.
  • Hakone Motogu Shrine: A shrine at 1300 metres above sea level.
  • Sengokuhara Susuki Grass Fields: This sprawling field near the onsen town of Hakone features a picturesque grass cover. See the western slope of Mt Hakone as it comes alive in autumn.
  • Picasso Pavilion: Located in The Hakone Open-Air Museum, this permanent exhibition features the incredible work of Pablo Picasso to educate the community about a very important artist.
  • Ginza: Stay at Tokyo’s shopping district surrounded by upscale boutiques and sushi bars.
  • Tokyo Tower: See the iconic Tokyo Tower at night. This structure is modelled after the Eiffel Tower and is 3 metres taller than its predecessor.
