09:45 am: Hobard WhartMeeting Fish Frenzy on Hobart's iconic wharf at 09:45 am, where you'll meet our crew of mariners and feel right at home aboard our luxury catamaran. After a short safety brief, you'll get to eat some freshly shucked oysters ( and try shucking an oyster for yourself! ).Taroona Sea CliffsCruise down by the Derwent River from Hobart and nestle under the sea cliff of Taroona. Sample regional Tasmanian fruits and cheese platter as you sip on some quality locally made beer, wine, and sparkling wine. Cruising past the Blowhole at Blackmans Bay, our cook will be ready to serve you blacklip abalone while listening to the story of Hobart.Bull BaySailing south toward the iconic Bruny Island, the fertile fishing grounds where your skilled diver will submerge into the ocean to catch the freshest periwinkles and sea urchins. Our chef will expertly prepare the urchin whilst you will continue to be served premium local beer, wine, sparkling, juice, tea or coffee.Dennes PointThe Northern tip of Bruny Island where the oysters and mussels grow naturally in the wild.D’entrecasteaux ChannelEntering the sheltered waters of the magical D’entrecasteaux Channel, we will prepare and serve mussels and periwinkles before making our way to Shepards Point.Shepards PointWe will cruise across to the stunning Shepards Point to visit an active Atlantic Salmon farm.
